“Amber’s Autumn Writing Camp was just what I needed as someone who loves to write but never finds the time. Saying that, because of the way Amber holds the space (open, low pressure, inclusive, fun!) I think it would work really well for those who haven’t written much before but would like to try. Each week we explored different themes and styles of writing, and discussed these as a group - and of course there was lots of time to write, with a selection of prompts throughout the session, plus freewriting time at the end which I personally loved. It was kind of like being in a room with other people who love reading and/or writing, who were curious and open to learning more together. It also gave me the accountability I really need!”
